The practice is based in South Dublin but provides an all Ireland service for dispute resolution and avoidance across all aspects of Commercial enterprise.

The practice has extensive experience at structuring the process to both assist with, and for the parties in the resolution of conflicts and disputes across a range of circumstances and industries.

Keith Kelliher is an experienced Arbitrator, Adjudicator, Mediator and Conciliator. Keith has completed professional diplomas in Arbitration and Adjudication in University College Dublin and he is also an Accredited Mediator.

Keith was the 2018 Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in Ireland and has been a member of the Council of the Mediators Institute of Ireland as well as a member of the ADR Committee of the SCSI. Keith also assists in the training courses offered by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, he sits on the Education and Membership standing committee of the Institute and he is an active member of the Irish branch.
