Arbitration
Arbitration is a process whereby parties agree to refer a dispute for resolution to an independent third party. The Arbitration is carried out in line with an agreed set of rules either by agreement or in accordance with the Arbitration Act 2010.
ArbitratorKeith Kelliher is an arbitrator, is qualified in arbitration in Ireland under the Arbitration Act 2010. Keith has sat as the Arbitrator in a wide range of disputes including motor industry, travel industry, commercial disputes and construction disputes. Keith is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is a former Chairman of the Irish Branch.
