Arbitration

Arbitration is a process whereby parties agree to refer a dispute for resolution to an independent third party. The Arbitration is carried out in line with an agreed set of rules either by agreement or in accordance with the Arbitration Act 2010.

Arbitrator

Keith Kelliher is an arbitrator, is qualified in arbitration in Ireland under the Arbitration Act 2010. Keith has sat as the Arbitrator in a wide range of disputes including motor industry, travel industry, commercial disputes and construction disputes. Keith is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is a former Chairman of the Irish Branch. 

Advocate

Keith Kelliher has extensive construction contract experience across all sectors of the industry from large infrastructure projects to small commercial and domestic projects. Keith has represented clients, main contractors and subcontractors in all types of disputes including in the Arbitration process.

Training

Keith Kelliher is a member of the CIArb education and training faculty and regularly tutors in the area of Arbitration.
