ArbitrationArbitration is a process whereby parties agree to refer a dispute for resolution to an independent third party. The Arbitration is carried out in line with an agreed set of rules either by agreement or in accordance with the Arbitration Act 2010.

MediationMediation is a form of ADR which is designed to avoid the need for parties to engage in litigation to solve their differences. A Mediator is appointed by the parties to meet with them with a view to a settlement being reached by the parties, facilitated by the Mediator in a without prejudice private setting.

ConciliationConciliation is a form of settlement negotiation carried out between the disputing parties with the assistance of an independent neutral. Similar to Mediation, Conciliation differs on the basis that if the parties fail to reach agreement the Conciliator will recommend a proposal for the settlement of the dispute which the parties are free to reject.
