The below attachment is the list of items that will be required in order to proceed to Adjudication.
Obviously it is only expected that you can provide what information you have. You may not have information to tick each box, but collate anything that you do have.
All documents to be in pdf including emails. Where an email has attachments the attachments to be provided in addition to the cover email.
The reason for this is to prevent the need for Kelliher & Associates to have to spent time (at cost) converting everything to pdf at a later stage.
